            Bonessi TV is a pure technical utility/media engine. 
            We do not provide, host, or curate any media content or playlists.
The Application is delivered as an empty player. Users must provide their own content (M3U, provider Codes).
Ozytech Ltd is not affiliated with any third-party content providers and does not endorse the streaming of copyrighted material without authorization.

        

2. Data Privacy & Local Storage

We believe in Privacy by Design. Currently, Bonessi TV operates with zero server-side data collection:

Local Only Credentials: Your IPTV usernames, passwords, and server URLs are stored strictly locally on your device's protected storage. We do not transmit this sensitive data to our servers.
Direct Path Authentication: When the app logs into your IPTV provider, the request is sent directly from your device to your provider's server. This data never passes through Ozytech Ltd.
No Tracking Analytics & Ads: This version of the Application does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, tracking cookies, or analytics libraries.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR & UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and EU GDPR, we process information based on:

Contractual Necessity: To provide the media player functionality you requested by processing your local files.
Legitimate Interests: To ensure the security and stability of the app environment on your device.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or rent your data. Since we do not collect your streaming habits or credentials, there is no data available to be shared with third parties. Your IP address may be visible to your IPTV provider when you connect to their stream, but this is outside of our control.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full sovereignty over your data. Because all data is stored locally, you can exercise your Right to Erasure instantly by:

Clearing the "App Data" or "Cache" in your Android Settings.
Uninstalling the Application.

6. Age Requirements

Bonessi TV is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly facilitate access for minors. If we discover that a minor is using the app, all local configurations should be deleted by the legal guardian.
